Sustainable living in 3D printed atrium houses

Obrázek
Freestanding

Freestanding

The concept of the house is based on the archetype of the townhouse, which makes efficient use of the land and its layout into clearly defined parts of public, semi-public and private space.

The house is oriented around the atrium. A clearly defined garden provides the necessary privacy. The house is compact and energy efficient, while providing quality and ergonomic interior.

  • Plot area: 326 m2
  • Built-up area: 168 m2
Terraced Housing

Terraced Housing

Terraced development makes efficient use of the width of the building plot, reinforces the street line and reduces the cooled area of the building.

Closing the street frontage helps define the public and private space of the house. The composition of the buildings helps to create a sustainable and synergistic urbanism. The green roof helps retain rainwater and prevents overheating in the summer months.
