We started in a garage with 4 people almost 11 years ago. We were inspired by successful companies around the world.
Independence, creativity and flexibility are our elixirs of life. As are innovations, not only technical ones, but also those in the functioning of the company.
Our projects are implemented by self-managed teams using the ICEgile methodology. We are prototyping the company of the future. We look for optimal ratios. Our results and awards show that we are succeeding.

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. Subsequently, he gained experience on a one-year internship in America in Atlanta at Siemens.
After his return, he graduated from the MBA program at the University of Economics in Prague, where he discovered new inspiring forms of education and began to work intensively on the concept of his own company. He also gained practical experience in the company of his father, Bohuslav Vranek, a pioneer of automation in the Vysočina Region.
In 2012, he and his friends founded ICE Industrial Services, which six years later became part of the Czech MTX Group.
He was the winner of the regional round of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 competition for the Vysočina Region.
He is the co-founder of the alternative primary school Na Radosti in Žďár nad Sázavou, which prides itself on the active and free approach of its pupils and the principles on which ICE is based: engagement, creativity, collaboration, innovation and efficiency.
He is an active speaker and shares his know-how at conferences, schools or in the ICE Academy, where he focuses on leadership.
He is an avid reader of self-development literature and is constantly learning. Authors of self-development books once helped him find his own direction and the direction of ICE, so he decided to write his own book, which he is currently finishing. It is intended to be a guide for a wide range of readers on how to own their lives and be happier in their decisions.
He lives in Žďár nad Sázavou, has three children. He used to be a professional photographer, now he has photography as a hobby. He spends his free time with his family and his border collie in nature, enjoys sports, especially hockey, skiing, diving and fast cars.
He speaks fluent English, German, Spanish, Russian.
He is a tireless fighter against human mediocrity, narrow-mindedness and unfreedom.
