We are a bunch of automation enthusiasts who enjoy finding ways to improve. We started with 4 people in a garage and now design, program, and build automated machines and lines for customers worldwide. We're nearly a team of 200 strong people and you'll find us located in ten cities from east to west of the country.
Our doors are open to both experienced experts and recent graduates. We don't have a fistfight, nor are we bound by corporate rules. What matters to us is your commitment, motivation and willingness to travel to European and overseas countries for projects.
We offer our solutions as turnkey deliveries, subcontracting of parts of projects or services on an hourly basis. The project journey begins in our offices, where our design and electrical engineering teams develop ideas into concrete plans. We then move on to practical implementation - manufacturing and preparing the control software. The assembly and pre-development usually takes place in our production hall in Žďár nad Sázavou and Jihlava. Then the line is transported to the customer, debugged and put into operation. The length of the individual phases varies according to the complexity of the project, overall it takes about half a year to a year from idea to functional solution.

When we defined what we would compare ICE culture to, the term "hockey locker room" came up. Why does it fit perfectly? We're a bunch of friends. In the locker room we sew each other up, we're able to argue over strategy, we pick on each other in a good way, we have captains who sometimes don't go far for strong words. The moment we go on the ice (read: project), we're together, we know what to do, we understand each other's passing, we go all in with our hearts. And we like to win. After the game, of course, we go for a beer.
Our philosophy is to solve things as a team, not to be stressed by hierarchy and binding rules. In our 11 years of existence, we have successfully completed over 1,300 projects for customers in 36 countries around the world.
