This reference is a complex project in which we delivered: engineering, electrical projection, robotics, software and installation including final recovery. The manufactured parts will be used as part of assemblies for e-mobility.
The line consists of four fully automated workstations. The operator is only necessary for delivery and collection of manufactured parts.
Based on a robotic simulation with preliminary models of the press moulds and grippers, the position of the presses in the hall, the position and types of handling robots and the line cycle were designed.
Tact of workstation: 16 s/piece
Entrance gate with a conveyor on which pallets with semi-finished products are stacked.
From the heavy conveyor, the robot takes the parts to the grader for subsequent foundation in the die. The robot is equipped with an optical sensor that is used to determine the position of the die when changing production.
The set includes a total of 3 presses that successively process the aluminium part. Using a spray system, the robot lubricates the pressing tool, where the forming takes place.
Movement of the part between positions is provided by robots with gripper.
Output gate for taking the finished semi-finished product in the output boxes for further production processes.
