Handling Machines

Handling Machines

We see handling machines as key helpers in industrial and logistics operations

Automated Handling Machines

We supply single-purpose handling machines and equipment as stand-alone devices for product and material handling as well as parts of large production lines or nodes between individual technologies.

The most common types of material handling solutions include:

  • Six-axis robots
  • Portal robots
  • Scara robots
  • Modular linear systems
  • Belt conveyors
  • Chain conveyors
  • Overhead conveyors
  • Roller conveyors
  • Special conveyors
  • Automated garage systems

Special applications of conveyor technology

These are solutions for the automotive industry, where we implement skillet technology (walking platforms for final assembly), skid technology and cooperation on special conveyor technologies for body handling.

Most often we apply solutions from companies:

  • Güdel
  • Bosch Rexroth
  • Interroll
  • Wittmann
  • Festo
  • SMC

Sample of our solution

Scania paint line conveyor system

For Scania, we supplied a turnkey conveyor system for the paint shop. The project entailed the refurbishment and replacement of the PLC5 control system. We also had to install new roller conveyors and manufacture new switchboards.

Delivered technology:

  • Festo pneumatics
  • Rockwell control system and inverters:
    • PowerFlex 755 a 525
    • PLC GuardLogix 1756-L72S + 1756-L7SP
    • PanelView Plus 1000 Panel

Did you know that...?

Handling machines

When we need to lift, move or place heavy loads, material handling machines come into the picture, ensuring efficiency and making everyday tasks easier. They have become an integral part of production halls, warehouses and construction sites.

Key benefits

Increased productivity
Handling machines speed up the processes of loading, unloading and moving materials, resulting in faster production cycles.

Reduced workload
Robotic material handling machines reduce dependence on human labour and minimise the physical strain on workers.

Precision and safety
Thanks to advanced technologies, handling machines are able to perform operations with high precision and minimize the risk of workplace accidents.

24/7 operation
Automated material handling machines can operate around the clock, ensuring continuous production.
