It was a complete project coordination of a large investment contract exceeding CZK 0.5 billion. The main activity consisted in managing the technology supplier and defining the requirements for design with subsequent construction, installation and commissioning. Specifically, this involved creating and managing schedules, adhering to budgets, communicating and collaborating with technologists, regular reporting to management and managing all production documentation.
The forging line was finally successfully handed over to production in early 2023 according to a predetermined schedule.
Cooperation in the management of the project, where the subject is the complete replacement of existing technologies of melting and casting of aluminium semi-finished products with new - modern ones. This is the replacement of the technologies for the production of aluminium bars for the automotive industry, the production of aluminium ingots-brames and the production of aluminium strips.
The main objective of the project is to maximize the energy efficiency of the production processes. The investment worth CZK 4.2 billion is spread over three years and is co-financed by the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic. The project started in January 2024.
Project management of preparation, construction and operation of renewable energy sources in the Czech Republic. Investment costs for photovoltaic power plants alone amounted to over CZK 1 billion. The project was launched in 2022.
